Una nueva l\u00ednea innovadora, que trae valores nutricionales avanzados y estilo italiano a la mesa, desarrollada en colaboraci\u00f3n con nuestro chef y consultor de panader\u00eda toscano Fabrizio Nistri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El evento involucr\u00f3 a varios clientes de Millbio, al equipo de ventas, junto con los directores t\u00e9cnicos y de desarrollo, y vio la explicaci\u00f3n y presentaci\u00f3n de las caracter\u00edsticas de los ingredientes y las propuestas de venta \u00fanicas, junto con la declaraci\u00f3n de la etiqueta y el posible reclamo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n tuvimos la oportunidad de ver a nuestros chefs de panader\u00eda en acci\u00f3n, durante la configuraci\u00f3n y el horneado de algunas aplicaciones t\u00edpicas italianas que probamos para comprender su perfil arom\u00e1tico y gustativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No perdimos un momento dedicado a la evaluaci\u00f3n sensorial y comparaci\u00f3n de las caracter\u00edsticas de nuestras nuevas premezclas que, con una concentraci\u00f3n de 10%, son r\u00e1pidas y f\u00e1ciles de usar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PANVIVO SOURDOUGH SENSATION no contiene conservantes, emulsionantes ni saborizantes a\u00f1adidos, siguiendo los principios fundamentales de Millbio: aumentar la fibra, reducir la sal, reducir el az\u00facar, aumentar los niveles de antioxidantes, sin OGM ni n\u00fameros electr\u00f3nicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se trata de ingredientes totalmente naturales, compuestos por cereales locales procedentes de:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Apulia \u2013 Trigo duro<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Toscana \u2013 Farro<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.
